I’ve been busy reinventing myself these past few years. Those of you that know me understand that I have a passion for real estate and small businesses.

I’ve recently developed a few real estate projects that I sold off to larger developers. My recent construction projects include two Boise subdivisions and a mixed use project in Kuna that includes townhomes, commercial multi-tenant buildings, commercial pads and a mini-storage component. Please consider how my life experiences will assist me in advising you. While I’ve tried cases to juries in state and federal court and I maintain an active law practice, I spend the majority of my time on real estate development and asset management now.

Farther into the past I’ve built apartment complexes and developed large subdivisions. I’ve been a lender AND a borrower. I own NNN property and a HUD financed 221(d)(3) apartment complex. I’m presently the asset manager for a real estate investment company with two friends/partners. I’m participating in a group sponsoring local tech entrepreneurs that does angel investing/private equity for businesses in the local community.

I’ve been recognized by my peers, earning a place in Superlawyers; and I’m AV Rated by Martindale. The Idaho Business Review awarded me their 40 under 40 award and their Leader’s in the Law award.
